Students led the research design

The group conducted a semester-long project that resulted in a published paper. Professor William Bianco supervised the undergraduate training program known as IPAW. Each student earned their place on the paper by arguing through the statistics.

Study appears in academic journal

The research is titled The Shock That Stayed and examines the impact of the pandemic. It was released in the national journal Social Science Quarterly after a classroom question became a study. The work represents an important new finding about undergraduate education.
