Something broken rather than something wrong — and what helps us fix it.

This page is for things that are broken. If something we published is wrong rather than broken, the corrections policy is the faster route.

Worth reporting

  • A page that will not load, or loads as an error
  • A missing or wrong photograph, or a caption that does not match the picture
  • A source link that goes to the wrong story, or nowhere
  • A story filed under the wrong section
  • A source count that does not match the outlets listed on the story
  • Text that is unreadable, overlapping, or cut off
  • Anything that fails with a screen reader or keyboard navigation

What helps us fix it

Send whatever of this you have to editor@parallax.news. Even one line is useful.

  • The link. The exact page, copied from the address bar.
  • What you expected and what happened. One sentence each.
  • Your browser and device. “Chrome on Android” is enough.
  • A screenshot, if it is a visual fault. It usually saves a whole exchange.

Accessibility

The site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If something here is unusable with a screen reader, keyboard, or at a larger text size, please tell us. Accessibility faults are treated as bugs rather than suggestions, and are prioritised accordingly.

Security

If you have found a security problem, write to the same address with “security” in the subject line and please do not post the details publicly until we have had a chance to fix it. We will confirm receipt and keep you informed.
