What to use it for
- Corrections. Something we published is wrong. Send the link and what is wrong with it. The corrections policy says what happens next.
- Something broken. A page will not load, an image is missing, a link goes nowhere. There is a short guide to what helps us.
- Sources. If you publish a news site and want to be read here, or are read here and would rather not be, write and say so. Both are straightforward requests and we treat them as such.
- Rights. Questions about how your reporting or photographs are used. Please include the specific links.
- Anything else. Press, permissions, general questions.
What we cannot help with
We can only change what appears on this site. A report on another outlet’s own site, such as Dawn or the BBC, can only be changed by that outlet.
We are not able to publish press releases, submitted articles or sponsored content.
Response times
We read everything. Corrections and rights questions are answered first, generally within two working days. Everything else may take longer, and we would rather reply properly than quickly.
