Ancient journey through rugged terrain

The Aït Atta tribe travels up to 180 miles twice each year. This movement takes place between the High Atlas Mountains and Jebel Saghro in the southeast region. The herd includes goats whose dark coats blend with the volcanic landscape.

Family trek supported by operators

Telhou Belâawane leads the group while traveling with her husband Hmad and daughter Saâdia. A support team from Black Tomato joined the family ten days into their September trek. The group is part of a new collection called The Keepers.
