Cox rejects claims of attacks

General manager Amber Cox stated that criticisms regarding the fanbase have no basis in reality. She specifically addressed media members who she claimed had never attended games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Cox argued that all organizations must deal with occasional bad behavior from spectators.

Wilson confrontation details

Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson crossed the baseline to admonish a fan who stood and pointed at her. The fan was escorted out of the arena but security determined there was no violation of the code of conduct. He was allowed to return to his seat after being taken to the back of the bowl.

Season record on violations

Cox noted that not one fan was pointed out by a player who violated the WNBA code of conduct this season. She emphasized that people need to be held accountable if they cross the line in an arena or online.
