Secret Service denies entry attempts

Reporters from the three outlets were turned away by Secret Service agents early Thursday morning. A Politico journalist reported having their credentials confiscated when trying to enter the building. One CNN producer was able to enter while others remained outside the grounds.

Outlets request emergency hearing

The three news organizations filed a request asking the judge to hold an emergency follow-up hearing. They state that the administration has not yet complied with the court directive to restore access. The outlets argue they should be allowed to report on government activities without obstruction.
