New Mexico sues Epstein attorney and accountant over sex trafficking allegations
The New Mexico attorney general filed a civil lawsuit on Wednesday against Jeffrey Epstein's longtime attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn.

Lawsuit targets estate payments
The complaint seeks to stop the defendants from receiving payment while the litigation continues. It names both men as individual defendants and co-executors of Epstein's estate. The suit also includes the 1953 Trust which holds the estate's assets.
Allegations regarding ranch abuse
The filing accuses the associates of facilitating crimes at locations including a remote ranch in Stanley. Authorities claim Epstein trafficked and abused survivors at secluded sites with their help. The defendants allegedly received salaries and gifts to remain silent about the project.
Defendants reject accusations
An attorney for Indyke issued a statement rejecting the allegations of complicity on behalf of both men. They deny knowingly facilitating sexual abuse or trafficking conduct that occurred behind closed doors.
