Rawalpindi police introduce e-ticketing and digital monitoring apps for upcoming cricket series
Rawalpindi police will implement e-ticketing at bus stands and use digital apps to track passengers and hotel guests ahead of the ICC Test championship series starting November 9.

Digital passenger tracking systems launch
Police officials decided to introduce the Travel Eye app to create a digital record of passengers at bus stands. They will also use the Hotel Eye app to register guests staying in hotels, guest houses, and inns. These measures aim to help law enforcement track visitors and identify wanted criminals entering the city.
Special surveillance posts established
The security plan includes starting special police surveillance at bus and wagon stands. A police post will be set up inside the general bus stand as part of foolproof security arrangements. Representatives from the Counter-Terrorism Department and Special Branch participated in the meeting where these decisions were made.
