Cheval Blanc Paris marks five years since reopening in central district
The Cheval Blanc Paris hotel group celebrates its fifth anniversary after reopening its property in the First Arrondissement of Paris in 2021.
Property history and design changes
The building originally opened to the public in 1928 under the direction of architects Henri Sauvage and Édouard François. It closed for renovation before reopening as a Cheval Blanc property in 2021 with new designs by Peter Marino. The location sits directly beside the Seine river near the headquarters of Louis Vuitton.
Luxury brand partnerships and amenities
Guests can access a Dior Spa and Ruinart Champagne as part of the integrated experience offered by the group. The property includes seventy-two rooms within its historic structure located in the First Arrondissement. Visitors may also use Flexjet private jet services which are owned by the parent company LVMH.
Expansion plans for the group
This location is the seventh property in the chain following openings in St Barth, St Tropez and other international locations. A new maison scheduled to open in Sardinia will arrive in 2027 as part of continued growth.
