Other officers filled the reasoning box with expletives like "idiot" or phrases such as "robbery I don't remember the case number leave me alone". Surveillance network lacks warrant requirement
The automated license plate reader system connects 82,413 cameras across the country and requires no warrant to use. This oversight allows tracking of almost any vehicle without providing specific legal justification to authorities.
