Roku OLED TVs start at $699 with price cuts
Roku launched its first OLED televisions and is now offering discounts on the Pro Series models.
Starting prices drop significantly
The 55-inch Pro Series model originally retailed for $999 but is now available for $699. A specific code reduces the price by $300 to reach this lower starting point. The 65-inch version of the same series drops from $1,299 to $799 with a separate offer.
Features include gaming support
These units feature a 120Hz refresh rate OLED panel along with four HDMI 2.1 ports. The hardware supports Dolby Vision and HDR 10 Plus for enhanced picture quality. A backlit remote is included in the Pro Series lineup.
Software runs built-in
Roku software comes pre-installed on the television screens so external streaming devices are not required. Buyers can still connect other hardware if they prefer brands from outside Roku. The company has not yet tested either model before releasing them.
