Plymouth disconnects cameras manually

The Plymouth city council voted to terminate its agreement with Flock in September. Police Chief Eric Fadden directed staff to cut power cords after receiving no response from the vendor for over a week. The cameras remained active despite the official request to stop recording license plates.

Dayton faces unauthorized reconnection

Flock acknowledged Dayton's cancellation request but stated removal would take up to 60 days. The company proceeded to reconnect two cameras within city limits without authorization. Local police issued a specific request not to complete the work order, which Flock ignored.
