OpenAI announced its new always-on AI assistant called Dots during a developer showcase in San Francisco on Tuesday.

Integration expands to major platforms
The assistants connect to Microsoft Teams and Slack while maintaining context from other apps. Currently, a single Dot is available for creation though multiple agents are planned for future release.
