Memory chip arrangement details

The card mounts fourteen GDDR7 modules on the front of the circuit board next to the processor. Another fourteen modules are positioned on the rear side of the board. This double-sided configuration places a total of 28 memory chips onto one compact unit.

Processor and core specifications

The graphics variant carries a GB202 processor that includes 21,760 CUDA cores. Nvidia states this core count matches the GeForce RTX 5090 model. The device is certified strictly for professional workstation duties rather than consumer gaming.
