Meta opens early access for new Muse AI features
Meta announced Friday that users can request early access to new capabilities for its Muse AI app following the Connect 2026 developer conference.
How to join the program
The company posted a link on X for people to share with the Muse agent. Users can also copy and paste a specific prompt to log their interest. Meta is seeking AI enthusiasts rather than running a randomized test group.
New features revealed at Connect
The app will soon launch a digital avatar for video chatting with the user. Shopping partnerships and connectors are also expanding within the current version of the software. The Mac app will gain the ability to use the computer to complete various tasks.
Expansion into AI glasses
Meta stated that Muse will arrive on its lineup of AI glasses soon. Users will interact with the agent by speaking a wake word and issuing commands. This hardware integration allows for hands-free interaction without needing to look at a screen.
