ICE reportedly uses Palantir database to track protest observers in Maine
Unsealed court documents reveal that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents used a Palantir system to compile files on protestors during a January operation in Maine.

Database contents and storage
The files reportedly include sensitive information such as photos and license plate numbers. These records are stored in a database called Investigative Case Management built by Palantir. A redacted version of the filing became available to the public on Friday.
Alleged intimidation tactics
Agents allegedly tracked and intimidated observers by driving past their homes or labeling them as threats. One agent reportedly called a plaintiff to suggest her spouse avoid similar activities to prevent being added to a watchlist. Lawyers argue this practice creates a chilling effect on First Amendment rights.
