Huawei introduces Router X2 Pro with book-inspired design and magnetic covers
Huawei has launched the Router X2 Pro, a Wi-Fi 7+ networking device featuring a rectangular enclosure that resembles a hardcover book.
Design and Dimensions
The new model uses a rectangular enclosure resembling a closed book instead of angular plastic housings. Measurements for the unit are 191.7 by 51.1 millimetres in width and height.
Customization Options
A magnetic panel fitted along the side allows users to replace the standard cover with alternative designs. Customised options include patterns featuring pandas, cats, dogs and penguins produced via three-dimensional printing.
Technical Features
The device combines Wi-Fi 7+ technology with mesh Wi-Fi capabilities to function as part of a home interior. It includes four integrated antennas and supports several networking technologies intended to improve wireless performance.
