Shared account and calendar features

The platform uses a single Google account that up to six family members can share. Users select which emails to forward or choose addresses for automatic sending. The system creates a shared calendar and task list visible to all group participants.

Daily briefing and task handling

CC sends daily briefings containing information about upcoming events and pending tasks. The agent can file paperwork or handle logistics like shopping lists after receiving user permission. Early testers requested this shift from the previous Daily Briefing feature.

Privacy limits and file access

Google published an FAQ outlining restrictions on adding or removing family members. Users can add the agent to a Drive folder or share specific files directly. Interaction also occurs within a dedicated Google Chat window.
