Google ChromeOS Flex lets users install operating system on old Windows PCs
Google has released an official method for installing ChromeOS Flex on existing hardware that previously ran Windows.
System requirements and limits
The software requires an Intel or AMD CPU along with at least 4GB of RAM. Devices using processors from 2012 or earlier do not support the newer versions of the operating system. The installation process typically takes about one hour to complete.
