EA releases Wing Commander and Ultima games on Steam and GOG platforms
Electronic Arts has made older Wing Commander and Ultima titles available for purchase on the Steam and GOG digital distribution services.
Preservation efforts continue despite recent issues
The company announced these re-releases as part of ongoing preservation initiatives. This move follows a period where EA faced criticism for other business decisions. Fans can now access these classic titles through modern storefronts.
Availability extends to multiple stores
Both Steam and GOG have listed the specific games for immediate download. The collection includes various entries from the original franchises. Users looking for retro gaming options will find these selections readily available.
