New expert panel formed

The governor convened national experts to create recommendations within two months. This group will submit findings to the office so state laws can update. The plan includes embedding independent verification organizations in labs for periodic audits.

Reporting and risk rules

Companies must file reports and risk assessments with a third-party organization. They also need to disclose loss-of-control incidents similar to the Hugging Face event. The order aims to speed up oversight before it is too late.
