Audi A6 e-tron sets new EV range world record
Polish rally driver Mikołaj Marczyk drove an Audi A6 e-tron for 831 miles in a single charge to set a new Guinness World Record.
Driver breaks previous electric record
Mikołaj Marczyk previously held the title with a fuel-powered Skoda Superb that traveled 1,759 miles in 2025. He now holds the electric vehicle record after driving an Audi A6 Sportback e-tron performance from Zakopane to Hel and back.
Car covers vast distance without stopping
The journey covered a total of 831.4 miles on one charge, matching the distance between New York and Chicago. The vehicle started with an official WLTP range of 482 miles before completing the long trip.
Route included mountain driving
The route took the car through the Tatra Mountains where regenerative braking helped extend the distance. The driver retraced his steps after reaching Hel before the vehicle eventually stopped.
