Apple users can enable Live Activities on iPhone and CarPlay
Apple allows iPhone owners to display real-time updates like timers and sports scores on the Dynamic Island and in vehicles.
Dynamic Island displays live data
Live Activities show information such as navigation directions and music playback without requiring users to open an app. These features appear automatically on the Dynamic Island when the phone is being used. Some third-party applications for food delivery and flight tracking have also adapted to use this space.
Settings control app visibility
The feature should be enabled by default, but users may need to check specific apps if they do not see the updates. To fix missing activities, navigate to Settings and select Apps to ensure Live Activities are turned on for each program.
