The iPad Mini starts at $600 for a 128GB model and reaches $900 for 512GB storage. Cellular versions of the tablet add an extra $150 to the cost. In contrast, the iPhone Duo begins at $2,000 for 256GB and goes up to $3,200 for 2TB.
