System specifications and performance

The proposed platform combines up to 32,768 Zen 6 x86 CPU cores with 16 Instinct MI350P accelerators. This configuration delivers 74 petaflops of FP4 computing performance alongside 102 Tbps of networking bandwidth.

Workload categories and design

AMD groups agent workloads into three specific categories: personal assistants, enterprise applications, and technical computing. The system uses modular hardware to allow operators to customize CPU core density and power consumption for each category.

Infrastructure requirements for deployment

Traditional data centers may require new power and cooling infrastructure to support this high-performance setup. The hyperscale configuration utilizes CPU-only infrastructure while the enterprise version combines processors with accelerators.
