Garden and door improvements

The garden is now tidy without dead branches thanks to help from Gardening Steve. The back door has fixed itself after refusing to close properly during the summer months.

Bathroom floor repairs

A bathtub with clawed feet sits on two long planks to spread its load evenly. Further repairs are theoretically needed but the current setup is considered safe enough for now.

Kitchen table and switch

The kitchen table was sanded down and refinished by Dowling himself after an initial orange color improved over time. A broken three-button dimmer switch remains as the only real job left to complete. Dowling claims he can fix it without calling an electrician while his wife provides a replacement plate.
