Theory Spring 2027 collection explores status and glamour
Dushane Noble presented his Theory Spring 2027 ready-to-wear collection at the brand's Meatpacking studio runway.

Status drives fashion choices
Noble explained that W. David Marx's book on status-seeking influenced the design direction for the season. The designer noted that what society considers cool often functions as a marker of social rank.
Designs reference 1980s glamour
The collection drew inspiration from yuppies of the 1980s who focused on power dressing and glamour. Focal points included power shoulders and skirt suits, with two versions of a gray double-breasted skirt suit offered to customers.
Fabrics meet daily needs
Daytime taffeta served as the star fabric for its sheen and structure. Noble stated that glamour works best when the working woman customer can survive her commute in the outfit.
