Design reflects Andalusian landscape
The circular vessel uses Palomino grapes to represent the southern Spanish city of Jerez de la Frontera. Warm gold tones inside the presentation reference the local Andalusian landscape. This edition roots the collection's idea of continuity specifically in that location.
Valdespino casks mark a shift
This release is the first Macallan whisky influenced by sherry casks seasoned by Valdespino since the producer joined the brand. The documentary narrated by Steve McCurry traces the journey from forests to cooperages and finally to the distilleries.
Collection continues circular theme
The TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask design language follows a circular shape first introduced around the brand's 200th anniversary. The vessel aims to show how material, place and time build into a single object.
