Property history and ownership
The 16th-century property was originally the home of Salvatore and Wanda Ferragamo before they sold it. Vittoria Ferragamo, the founders granddaughter, now oversees the destination as a small luxury hotel. The estate spans 170 acres and features original frescoes alongside custom wallpaper from the family design.
Filming locations on site
Production teams shot an al fresco dinner for President Grace and Vice President Hal on the main terrace. Additional scenes captured Todd and Grace embracing in the living room while other actors filmed in the garden. Guests can stay in the original villa or private villas that spread across the grounds.
