Early morning road closure

A digger was parked across the street surrounded by temporary fencing while rain fell heavily. Neighbours and local garage owners objected as men in high-visibility vests moved barriers aside. One resident noted that a letter about the work had not been received by anyone.

Neighbours express strong objections

Two men walked past the gate while others drew lines on the asphalt with a sprayer. A garage operator gestured for someone to come down and join the discussion at the property line. The scene continued as workers proceeded despite the wet weather and resident complaints.
