Nike adds Alexandre Arnault to its board of directors
Nike appointed Alexandre Arnault as a new board member on Wednesday.

Luxury executive joins Nike board
Alexandre Arnault, currently deputy CEO of Moët Hennessy, has joined the company. Mark Parker stated that the appointment supports strong governance and thoughtful board succession. This addition brings a leader with experience from luxury brands to the group.
Previous roles at LVMH houses
Arnault has served as executive vice president of product for Tiffany since February 2025. He previously spent four years as CEO of luggage brand Rimowa before that role. His board history includes positions with Carrefour, Birkenstock, and Moncler.
Board composition changes noted
The new member represents the luxury space for the first time on this board. Previous members included co-founder Phil Knight and Apple chair Tim Cook. The group seeks leaders with distinctive experiences and fresh perspectives.
