Jil Sander and PUMA release minimalist Speedcat and Suede sneakers
Jil Sander creative director Simone Bellotti unveiled a new collection of stripped-back PUMA sneakers at the Milan Fashion Week SS27 runway show.
Design changes to classic models
The collaboration introduces monochromatic colorways for both the Speedcat and the Suede. The Black Speedcat replaces the signature Formstrip with a perforated shadow detail. A white version keeps the streamlined suede strip while remaining entirely monochromatic.
Materials and logo placement
The black sneaker features full leather construction to give the silhouette a luxurious feel. Only a small golden Jil Sander logo appears on the lacing system. The white model includes tonal details to complete the lineup alongside the black pair.
Previous collaboration context
This latest partnership follows the SS26 release of the Jil Sander x PUMA K-Street collection. Guests such as King Princess and Space Afrika attended the Milan Fashion Week presentation.
