Exhibition displays charity artwork

The non-profit Christian charity St Stephen's Society is presenting its work at Central Market. Corridors inside the compound display sketches, canvases, and photography created by residents. Founder Jacqueline Pullinger oversees the collection which includes pieces from former school dropouts.

Artists represent recovery journey

Most of the featured artists are currently in recovery from substance addiction. The exhibition is named 285 and Counting after the number of spaces the charity has used for shelter. Visitors can see art by those helped by the organization during this four-day event.
