Guardian Sudoku puzzle requires numbers in dotted shapes to sum to corner figures
The Guardian published a special Killer Sudoku puzzle on Monday where standard rules apply except for the addition requirement inside dotted lines.

Standard grid rules apply
Normal sudoku regulations remain in effect for this specific challenge. Players must ensure no number repeats within any single row, column, or standard box.
Dotted line shapes have sums
Numbers inside cells bounded by dotted lines must add up to the figures shown in the corner. No digit can be repeated within each shape formed by these dotted lines.
Solutions appear later editions
Readers can see the completed puzzle by buying the next issue of the newspaper. Solutions for Friday and Saturday puzzles are given in either Saturday or Monday editions.
