BAO launches BFF Taiwanese fried chicken pop-up in Singapore
BAO's BFF fast-food concept opens a seven-week pop-up serving Taiwanese fried chicken at New Bahru from November 11 through December 28.

Menu features grab-and-go snacks
The space combines grab-and-go stations with Taiwanese snacks and Asian pantry staples. Rotating collaborations and BAO-branded goods will also appear in the store. New items are scheduled for introduction throughout the run.
Chicken Chopper recipe tested
The Chicken Chopper serves as the headline item on the fast-food-inspired menu. This dish reportedly underwent more than 140 iterations before finalizing its recipe. The bone is deliberately left in to mimic traditional street food styles.
Permanent store planned for 2027
This location acts as a testing ground for the brand ahead of a permanent site. Developers plan to open the first permanent location during the first half of 2027. The project was developed by London restaurant group BAO with Singapore's The Lo & Behold Group.
