Program Structure and Goals

This project is not a traditional fashion show, showroom, or prize competition. It serves as the conclusion to a twelve-month program allowing new designers to create and sell capsule collections during Paris Fashion Week. Patrick Ferrand of Richemond stated the goal is to connect young creatives with potential clients beyond just industry insiders.

First Group of Graduates

Richemont announced the names of the first cohort of graduates during the couture period. The group includes Brais Albor from Milan, Caterina Moro from Rome, and Liwen Liang who creates clothes using traditional Chinese porcelain. Other participants are Manon Marcelot, Merle Breuker, and Sandra Jao representing womenswear or leather accessories.

Mentorship and Support

Lutz Huelle, a former AZ Factory ambassador, presented silhouettes that reflected current trends in earthy hues. He described the initiative as completely real because it offers practical help rather than just prize money. The program emphasizes a spirit of transmission to assist graduates with handling business realities.
