England manager Thomas Tuchel has called up Trent Alexander-Arnold and Cole Palmer for upcoming Nations League matches.

Squad changes after World Cup
Thomas Tuchel made eight alterations to the list following the tournament. Real Madrid defender Trent Alexander-Arnold returns to the team after being absent since June 2025. Chelsea forward Cole Palmer also joins the group after missing out during the summer competition.
Upcoming Nations League fixtures
The national side will play four matches over a three-week period. England faces Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic in these competitive games. The squad is set to depart for Friday 18 September 2026.

Liverpool winger Rio Nguhoma received his first call-up after impressing in warm-up matches. Alex Scott from Bournemouth is another uncapped player added to the twenty-seven man group. Phil Foden remains outside the selection despite previous appearances for the country.
