A shuttle bus took the South Korean men's volleyball team to Okazaki instead of their intended venue in Inuyama. This error forced the squad to cancel their practice session on Monday morning ahead of a game against Taiwan. The Pakistan men's side faced a similar issue when their bus headed toward Inuyama for a match scheduled in Okazaki.

Matches delayed and completed

The Pakistan contest against Uzbekistan was pushed back by 45 minutes after the route correction allowed players to reach the right arena. Organisers stated that adjusting the competition schedule ensured the match itself was conducted properly despite the delay. Both teams eventually competed successfully, with South Korea beating Taiwan and Pakistan securing a victory over Uzbekistan.

Apologies issued for errors

A Games spokesperson told reporters that both teams boarded buses bound for wrong destinations during the event. Officials offered sincere apologies to the athletes for the inconvenience caused by these logistical failures. These incidents add to a series of transport and accommodation problems affecting more than 17,000 participants at the Games.
