Recalled players return to squad

Former skipper Salman Agha has returned to the team after being expelled during the England tour. Left-arm spinner Ali Usman was also included in the selection despite his earlier dismissal from that series. The squad now features three uncapped batters who performed well in domestic competitions.

Established players left out

Mohammad Rizwan remains absent from the list while an investigation by the cyber-crime agency continues against him. Shan Masood was excluded as selectors prioritize youth and domestic performers over established international stars. Babar Azam will continue to lead the side in both matches at home venues.
