Driver returns from wrist injury

Hadjar sustained a broken wrist while training in boxing during the summer break. Team principal Laurent Mekies stated that the driver handled his promotion to the senior squad with remarkable composure at the start of the year.

Performance compared to past teammates

The 21-year-old achieved a third place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix during his rookie campaign. Mekies described the move as an easy decision based on Hadjar's superb performance both on and off the track.
