Ian Poulter confirms he will not join LIV Golf next season
Ryder Cup legend Ian Poulter announced on social media that he is leaving the breakaway tour to pursue other interests.

Poulter ends his LIV involvement
The English golfer stated he will not move forward with the proposed LIV 2.0 schedule for 2027. He joined the circuit during its inaugural 2022 event in London and served as a co-captain for Majesticks GC.
Financial troubles affect the tour
Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund ended its funding earlier this season after injecting more than $5bn. The league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September while seeking new investment from BC Partners Credit.
Family time drives the choice
Poulter wants to spend more time at home with his sons Luke and Joshua. He also plans to develop his YouTube channel and focus on senior golf competitions.
