Fencing design allows passage
Images show the structure standing in isolation with gaps that allow people to walk around it. Clara Bensen from the No Big Bend Wall group says this isolated fencing will likely remain the norm. The coalition estimates roughly 400 landowners hold title to properties along the Rio Grande.
