Saudi coalition intercepts Houthi missiles aimed at Taif and Yanbu
A Saudi-led coalition stated on Saturday that it destroyed two ballistic missiles fired by Houthis toward the cities of Taif and Yanbu.

Warnings issued for western regions
Civil Defence authorities in Saudi Arabia briefly activated alerts for danger in Taif, Yanbu, Makkah, and Jeddah. The National Early Warning Platform later confirmed that the potential threat had passed after about ten minutes.
Casualties reported in southern province
A rights group documented two child deaths, three civilian injuries, and four abductions during attacks in Taiz over a twenty-four hour period. Their statement also noted that approximately 213 projectiles were fired at residential areas within the governorate.
Fighting continues between rivals
The coalition described its actions as part of ongoing conflict with Yemen's Houthi movement. Both sides maintain their positions while exchanges of fire persist across the border region.
