Punjab opposition leader petitions Lahore High Court over anti-terrorism law amendments

The opposition leader claims the provision is void because it conflicts with existing Section 21AA of the Act. The petition states that protective powers should remain with courts rather than an anonymous executive official. It further asserts that the amendment violates equality before law and the separation of powers.
