Opposition leader Achakzai demands government disclose whereabouts of missing KP chief minister
National Assembly opposition leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai demanded the government reveal the location of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi on Monday in Islamabad.

Questions raised about missing officials
Achakzai stated that Afridi and six to seven other members of the opposition party have been missing since the emergency was imposed. The leader asked whether authorities could confirm if the chief minister is alive or not. He also requested production orders for KP Assembly Speaker Babar Salim Swati alongside the missing ministers.
Criticism of provincial governance
Achakzai accused the current administration of attacking the assembly of the province during this period. Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah presided over the proceedings while these motions were discussed. The opposition chief whip submitted an adjournment motion seeking legal orders for the six missing members.
