Registration process details

Eligible citizens must send a text message to number 9771 using a specific format. The message requires the word REG, a space, CNIC number, vehicle plate, province initial, and registration date. This step allows owners of motorcycles, rickshaws, and cars under 800cc to apply for relief.

Geographic coverage scope

The government extends this fuel subsidy program across the entire country. Areas such as Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are now included in the list of eligible regions. Applicants can find full information on the official Urdu website.

Additional facilitation measures

Facilitation desks at petrol stations will open to assist citizens with the application process. These centers will be staffed by officials, volunteers, and station personnel to guide users. The move aims to simplify access for low- and middle-income households.
