Pakistan PM warns India water diversion is act of war at UNGA

The premier credited Field Marshal Asim Munir for helping bring Washington and Tehran together to sign an agreement in Islamabad. He noted that Pakistan acted swiftly to create space for diplomacy through these concerted efforts.
