KP Chief Minister inaugurates Hayatabad Toll Plaza underpass in Peshawar
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi inaugurated the Hayatabad Toll Plaza underpass in Peshawar on Wednesday.

The Rs1.6 billion infrastructure project was completed within ninety days to improve traffic flow between De Tour Road and Ring Road. The structure spans five hundred metres in total length, which includes a one hundred and thirty-metre barrel section.
Design features and capacity
The facility consists of two lanes supported by six hundred and sixty-five piles to handle vehicle movement efficiently. This design aims to reduce congestion at the toll plaza and provide a direct route for commuters.

Members of the provincial cabinet, including Meena Khan Afridi, joined National Assembly members Junaid Akbar and Asif Khan for the event. A large number of citizens and party leaders were also present to witness the inauguration.
