Islamabad High Court removes registrar and inspection team member from posts
The Islamabad High Court relieved Registrar Yar Muhammad Walanah and Member Inspection Team Tanveer Akbar of their duties on Tuesday in Islamabad.
Acting officials appointed to roles
Additional Registrar Rai Muhammad Khan has been appointed acting registrar. Kamran Basharat Mufti takes over as the acting member of the Inspection Team. These appointments were made by Additional Registrar Noor Muhammad Mirza with the approval of Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar.
Departure terms for relieved staff
The notifications state that Yar Muhammad Walanah will receive one month's salary in lieu of notice. The same financial arrangement applies to Tanveer Akbar regarding his contract terms. Both officials received appreciation for their services and efforts during their tenure.
