Judge cites improper contact attempts

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir stated that petitioners had attempted to reach him through telephone calls. He described these actions as inappropriate and contrary to proper procedure. The judge expressed annoyance that recommendations were sought in this manner before the hearing.

File sent to chief justice

The Islamabad High Court judge declined to hear the matter further during the session. He forwarded the case file to the office of Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar. The chief justice's office will now take action to constitute a new bench.
